But first, in case you have not heard … The Jones Log Barn Living History Center has officially opened! Twenty years in the making and with generous help from many people, the History Center is now open April through October.
Since its grand opening in April, hundreds of visitors have enjoyed the History Center! We love sharing the History Center with the community, its residents and with students from the T/E School District with its return of field trips.
Together we celebrate the completion and opening of the Jones Log Barn Living History Center; but we need your support to “keep the doors open”!
Please join us for “Denim Night,” our cocktail party fundraiser scheduled for Wednesday, October 26, 7 PM – 9:30 PM at the eighteenth-century Federal Barn and Duportail House … and the Jones Log Barn Living History Center will be open to tour!
Wear your favorite barn attire and grab a drink, enjoy the food, and listen to the sounds of bluegrass and fiddler music!
