History comes in all forms, including our backyard. On October 2, 2021 the Trust held its first-ever “Diggin for History” fundraising event. Chester County Metal Detectorists held a “hunt” for treasures at the historic property of John and Kate Murphy of Berwyn in the morning and continued the hunt at the 18th-century Willowbrook Farm in Malvern in the afternoon. All “finds” of the day were then displayed at the “Diggin for History” fundraising cocktail party held outside on the beautiful grounds of Willowbrook Farm.
